Products

Vitalys products are complementary feeds and care products for pets. They do not replace a balanced diet or the advice of a vet. If your pet has a diagnosed condition, ask your vet for advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your country's currency. Depending on your country, import taxes or duties may be charged on delivery and are not included (see our shipping policy). Payment is made securely online (card, PayPal and the other methods offered at checkout).

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are renewed and charged automatically at the frequency you choose. Subscriptions have no commitment: you can pause, change or cancel them at any time from your customer account or by emailing support@vitalys-pet.com. See our cancellation policy.

Delivery

Delivery within 5–7 working days (see our shipping policy).

Guarantee and cancellation

All our products come with a 90-day money-back guarantee (see our refund policy), in addition to any statutory right to cancel that applies where you live.
