Money-back guarantee — 90 days
Your dog deserves the best, and so do you. If Vitalys doesn't win you over, we'll give you a full refund: just email us at support@vitalys-pet.com within 90 days of receiving your order, even if the product has been opened.
How it works
- Email us at support@vitalys-pet.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 24 to 48 working hours to confirm your refund.
- The refund is made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Subscriptions
You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account (“Subscriptions” section) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect immediately: no future payments will be taken. See also our cancellation policy.
Right to cancel
Depending on where you live, you may also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (for example under EU or UK consumer law). Our 90-day guarantee comes on top of any such right and goes well beyond it.
