Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the European Union and a selection of other countries. If you can enter your address at checkout, we deliver to you.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and delivered within 5–7 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel at any time from the “Track your order” page on our website.

Delivery costs

Any delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Import taxes and duties

Depending on your country, your local customs authority may charge import taxes or duties when your parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices or delivery costs.

A problem with your delivery?

Email us at support@vitalys-pet.com: we reply within 24 to 48 working hours and we'll find a solution (a replacement or a refund if your parcel is lost).
